well this is the last week before i start school...again.
i never thought that i would ever get out with my undergraduate, much less that i would be going back for my masters. however, i am very excited about it all. i have big plans in my mind for what i want to do for the rest of my life but as i well know...plans are subject to change...God has a way of getting us to do what He wants us to do no matter how hard we fight Him sometimes. so right now im just taking it step by step and i will just see after i get this semester under my belt.
my plans however, do not include plans for a big money career. kyle makes me feel comfortable when he says i need to worry about making a difference and changing the world and he will provide and worry about making it possible . thats very comforting...
i picked abby up from school yesterday and we went to go see night at the museum...pretty cute movie and she loved it. however, she isnt a cheap date. $55 later we came back to my house where we proceeded to watch disney for the remainder of the evening until her little eyes could no longer hold the toothpicks up that were keeping them propped open. she had a basketball game today so holly and stacey came to pick her up and brought austin and anderson...my oh my how i love those kids! with holly being my cousin it is hard to explain to people just how much she means to me and that we are more like sisters than cousins. i consider her the sister i never had. everyone asks if we are sisters and think we look alot alike, although we look nothing alike. i think it is just because we are together alot and have similar complexions and hair. she is amazing and she doesnt know how much i admire her for her just being who she is with such strong character and not to mention an awesome mom to anderson - 2, abby - 10 and austin - 5, the three most beautiful kids i know! no picture now...but i will post one soon.
kyle and i had plans to go to nashville tonight to go see a movie on the imax but i am still not over the yuck so we stayed in town and went out for dinner tonight. not too exciting but maybe next week.
im steel feeling yucky and i have rambled long enough so...
this is casey, signing off until another day.
praise the Lord - church tomorrow am!

nashville.Christmas.newstuff
nashville.
that is where i have spent the last two days with my mom. with my mom and in nashville. it just doesn't get much better that that.
we always find a cool place to eat, find unique little hodge podge stores and always talk, talk talk! i love being so close to such a big city. there is so much to do not to mention ample medical facilities that have been so good to granny and homer (my grandaddy) i love all of the suburbs around the ville and could explore for days and days. yesterday we went shopping and hit up three tjmaxxs, two ross's and a marshals. all super name brand discount stuff. i got lots of cool new kitchen stuff for the kitchen that i don't have...yet. mama and daddy gave me a hope chest for Christmas and lots of "stuff" to go in it...so much stuff it doesn't even begin to fit. i might have been bummed with just house stuff for my non existence house but they got me lots of other cool stuff too! they are so great and so good to me and dan! don't get me wrong i was very grateful but it was all stuff i couldn't play with. i love Christmas day because i love getting up to see what "santa" left under the tree and i love opening gifts but what is even more fun is carrying it all up to my room and playing with all of it for the nest 2-3 days. yeah, i know, how old am i? not too old to fully enjoy Christmas. i love all of my family being at my house and staying all day!
anyway i really don't want to have to buy EVERYTHING when i first move out. i know i will still need lots of stuff, but i feel good getting a jump start on it all. plus its fun to buy! buy! buy!
and a major plus we had the chance to go to "the factory." this place is so neat! it is an old factory from the 1920's and an entrepreneur has purchased the building and has placed all different kinds of neat little shops inside and it is so cutie. but the major plus was the way huge scrapbook store they had there! being in a very small town we only ever had two scrapbook stores and my favorite one just closed as the owner was moving out of town. i like variety. but this place was so cute and probably not as big as most are used to but it was HUGE to me! i spent way more money than i should have but i got some cool and different stuff. the name is creation station...ill have to bookmark this place in my mind for the next trip to the ville.
its late so im gone.

numba 2.
so hi again...i was trying to explore blogger but i get bored quickly. so i decided to blog again, two days i a row, i wonder if this will become habit forming? i need some friends and some comments. thanks jolene for responding back...it is much appreciated...i feel like i have a new friend in arizona :)
anyway i love looking at everyones scrap space. it is too neat to see how everyone else organizes and what they are into. i think sometimes i get more consumed with the organizing than the actual crafting part of it, but either way it is something that i enjoy!
so, i decided to post some pictures of my scrap space. it is small and not too impressive, but i like to say "it'll do" (for now anyway.) i am a college student and still living at home. my parents treat me too good for me to want to leave;) someday soon... but i love looking at everyone elses so maybe some others will enjoy looking at mine. if nothing else it might make you enjoy your space more. :)

hi.
i am way new to this but it sparked my interest when i started reading different blogs from the craft realm. the ideas and inspiration from different crafty bloggers has made me want to try this thing out. it seems like everyone interested in scrapbooking/paper crafting has one of these things. and it happens to be that i am into all things crafty so lets see how it goes...
